He is the driving force behind RoboTouch, one of India’s leading wellness and robotic massage solutions brands, with a strong presence across retail stores, kiosks, e-commerce platforms, and corporate partnerships. Under his leadership, RoboTouch has become a trusted name in massage chairs, wellness equipment, and automated wellness services.
With a strong manufacturing foundation through Bhagyalaxmi Industries and Bhagyalaxmi Electroplast Pvt. Ltd., he has built scalable businesses spanning injection moulding, consumer wellness products, and technology-driven retail models.
As the Founder of RoboTouch AI & IT Solutions, he is leading the group’s expansion into enterprise digital transformation, ERP consulting, automation, and AI-driven business solutions, helping SMEs and enterprises modernize operations and improve productivity.

Mr. Aniket Patil is an experienced IT professional with a background as an IT Project Executive and Business Analyst, bringing strong expertise in ERP and CRM system implementations. As Head of IT Operations & Delivery at RoboTouch AI & IT Solutions, he oversees the overall IT operations and technical functioning of the organization, with a key focus on the successful implementation and delivery of Zoho applications.
He plays a central role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing Zoho-based implementations across client engagements, ensuring solutions are delivered in line with business requirements, operational workflows, and delivery timelines. In addition to Zoho, he also brings solid experience in delivering Odoo, Salesforce, and other ERP and CRM solutions, supporting organizations with structured and scalable enterprise systems.
His responsibilities include coordinating technical teams, managing delivery execution, and ensuring consistent quality across ERP, CRM, and business automation projects.
